Ponders the thought those selfless, caring, compassionate dis-organisers might have sent us all different lat/long readings. I know how they want those goal posts, oh correction, cut down rugby posts to be forever moving. Is this one such 45 placed goal post shift?

Little bit of a drive from Swindon Central Early morning start for me and SWMBO then!

In view of the many varied differences in where 45 different teams believe we are starting from, could we all perhaps be given a good old fashioned thing called a Grid Reference, and a compass H ow on earth did man ever discover the world was flat before we had satnav's?

Right, that's me booked into the same hotel as my co-marshal.
As to where that is, well we're not telling - maybe we'll see you there, maybe not.

Remeber the 1st & most challenging 'test' of the rally is to get to the start on time - after that it's all easy.

As for a grid ref & a compass, here you go...
We like to be happy helpful marshals where we can but as there was no beer or bacon roll attached to the request this is about the best you can hope for

No, i really want them to know that i can possibly be bought/bribed/cajoled etc but only with the finest dry cured smoked back bacon, served medium to well done in a fresh chunk of french bread, lightly buttered.
The addition of an organic fried happy egg, black pudding, pork & apple sausage etc MAY also ensure me turning a blind eye where necessary.

But copious amounts of Nelson's Blood(PUSSER'S RUM) at the RNA,will cancel out the effect of the full fat butter!!!!!!

I know the Swindon Central has a restaurant attached to it, we had a big table there last year....
Is it worth me starting a new thread to see who would be interested/start a list for a meal in there or is everyone going to do their own thing?
