I had noticed the Green Oval badge came before the M.....Mits, that rice burner thingy

One assumes Nick has still not got that elusive "call you back" yet. Gets the feeling we will all be on plan B shortly

Not wishing to tread on Nick's toes but Plan 'B' should be implemented; there is just 6 weeks to go.

Nick - Unless you have a breakthrough which is imminent can you ask all to make their own arrangements. Of course a mega thanks for trying; I know it ain't easy.

Plan B is ready to be put into action on sunday 6th May 2012 (just giving the chain an opportunity to pull their socks up). Great work Nick and thanks for all your hard work.

I have just checked with the Premier Inn Swindon Central website, rooms are still available for the 15th June at £34.00 for the night, just in case we all need Plan B.

Firstly, my apologies for appearing silent on here - I've been away the last week with little interent ability, so just haven't been able to get on with a reliable connection.

I've been promised a call back tomorrow, but if the last few weeks/months are anything to go by, I'm not holding my breath, so ......

PLAN B - please go ahead with booking individually.

I'm going to keep at them, just in case a mriacle happens and they decide to give us a refund of some sort, or even a meal.

Just checked the price, its gone up to £70 for the room

i booked ours about 20 minutes ago and it was £34

Swindon West is £34 per room if anybody is interested as opposed to Swindon Central at £70 for the same thing

I have just telephoned, and there are no flexible rate rooms left. If you haven't booked yet, Swindon West seems the only other option for those of us not wanting to pay double. Pity, it would be great if we could all have been at the same hotel
