2 sleeps until start!

In a "i wish i was coming with you" mood - so ignore this if you dont like listening to a soppy git


Most of you will probably have 7 sleeps left until the rally "kind of" begins for you!

You're probably panicing about what you've forgotten or not got round to doing on the car, paranoid that the car wont make it, double checking your passports every day, inputting the lat/long several times to ensure you will actualy make it to the start line, and rushing out to buy last minute bits like sat navs with lon/lat facility, or realising the fridge has broken leaving you with the potential for warm beer

BUT this time in 8 days you'll be taking part in something that you'll never forget, the H4H rally family by your side, the ever helpful organisers doing their best to confuse the hell out of you, the amazing cause you're doing it for and everything that happens along the route! Something that i will never forget!
An amazing trip with amazing people! I've made some true friends for life from those of you who helped me out after the little bump in the trail last year, to those of you i just shared a beer with! I so wish we could have another few weeks together this year on the rally!

New teams and old, you'll all have an amazing time, i am extremely jealous i'm not joining you, but the streets of london need us during this busy time!!! apparently there's a big event happeneing? got no idea what, in true met style!

Just make sure you all drag your big butts to peterborough so we can have a catch up and i can hear about your "little journey" this year!

Relax - go with it and Enjoy every minute! You've all worked extremely hard and deserve to enjoy what you've got coming.

Nothing wrong with prowling the streets of London.
I can recommend some damn fine eating places, Pie & mash shops, cafes, Bagel shops etc.

But i guess you know most of them already.

Mind you, hopefully come the rally i'll be adding a whole new list of fine places to eat... Havent had a decent plate of snails in garlic butter for years

I try and wake up occasionally, something about lists of jobs and I definitely hear that damn grass growing. Thinks we will arrive back here to a hay field. Weather forecast for today in sunny France, rain followed by more rain, followed tomorrow through to wednesday by showers, great

should all be complete tomorrow, and will pass on your regards when i see them. it was...to be honest...all scheduled, just ran over by a day or so.
