| Was wondering, i'll be getting new tyres before the event. Will the offroading require anything better than 50/50 A/Ts? dont want to get M/Ts unless i have to. | |

| I have BFG M/T's on mine, they're really hard wearing. I used to have BFG A/T's on my Jeep and to be honest there's not a huge amount of difference in noise, vibration, ect... | |

| I've had my MT's on for about 2 & a half years now and there's about as much tread on them now as when I got them.
All the BFG range are very hard wearing.

| Most of the major tyre suppliers will do the AT's, have a look around for anyone doing deals. I got mine on a 4 for 3 deal with ATS.
I've never asked any of them about MT's but I'm sure they should be able to get hold of them. If not there are tons of online suppliers, I think the going rate is around £140 each.

| Have a check with Big-Orange-Dave-G4, He may be able to point you in the direction of some suppliers down there. | |

| i dont think any tyre would stop you getting stuck in a toyota all the way p.s im also in the market for tyres i was going to get some at's be i think there might be a few offroading and green lane days being organised between a few of us on here (hopfully) so iv desided to go for mt's just so i can go play and practice some off roading. i found some tyres on ebay shops. if you type R and C 4x4 into google you should end up on there page and they have Insa Turbo Dakar's which have the same tread as BF's but not the price tag. its 4 tyres for £300. which im strongly thinking of getting. | |

| A mate of mine has Kumo KL71's on his Disco, They're very cheap and excellent on & off road but they're a very soft tyre and don't last too long. He's not had them on too long and they look like a dog's eaten them. Of course though, they're only about £75 each so you could stock up! | |
