I'm not spending enough on fuel

Not content with running a D3 and a Freelander, I have been sent forth by Mrs Do$h to purchase forthwith a D2 V8 (burbling, for the generation of). This has a number of advantages as I see it:

1) I get my D3 back and can toss the keys to the Freelander at the first person to offer me sufficient folding
2) I can stop Mrs Do$h doing more damage in a month than 4 years of greenlaning and a H4H rally could achieve
3) I can get the smell of Labradors out of my D3
4) Mrs Do$h will henceforth cease to covet my partially dismembered series 3 88"
5) When she gets sick of the fuel bills, I've got a nice 4.0V8 and auto box for the series

What,s not to like about this plan?

Ive just sold a cracking v8 d2 for not a lot of money - new owner is happier than a dog with 2 dicks.

99 XS in shiny nick for 130k miles, 13 services, long MOT, new short engine at 90k with all the bills and all the bits that should work do. £1800 through a fellow Wessex 4x4R member.

Bang for buck? Priceless.

AIRCON !!- now you're speaking my language

Mine didnt have aircon but did have a new 4.6 and a manual gearbox.
Aircon would have been a waste as the window was always open so you could hear the wonderful noise

Aircon is for keith. Rest assured this will a windows open job
