lol, best you call your local AA man then Keith, and offer him a coffee, milk and sugar FOC, and he might explain what it is and possibly show you one for a small consideration. Rolling Eyes

Nick,

Best you stick it in a nice warm garage untill mid june just in case......

It's not like the AA boys need anymore bonus points for engine rebuilds in foreign campsites

Think I need to go and sit in a nice warm dark garage until 15th June.

I need to get some miles under it's belt before June, to make sure it's OK. It now transpires that it was "stripped to check it over" before sending it to me. Not what I wanted to hear about a 18.5K engine that come out of a 57 plate truck !!!

First long run for it today cheers Icon Mitsu

Seems good. Pulls well, runs a lot quieter than the old one.

Ha ha ............

Just 400 miles under it's belt so far this week (2 days Rolling Eyes ). Judging by the fuel guage, it's a good deal more economical than the old one too.

But that 3 weeks actually equates to 8 days. Except 2 of the days over tha Bank Holiday are booked elsewhere, leaving the grand total of 6 days to do anything !!!

We already hold that record; but, (thank you Warrick - really appreciate the reminder and am certain your fellow crews will also appreciate you've mentioned it pirat ). So, as it's now been mentioned, it might be worth trying to increase the record. cheers
