We Have a Celebrity Starting the Rally on 19th June 2010!

We can now confirm and are delighted to announce that Lynn Bowles will be starting the rally off on Sat 19th June 2010.

We really appreciate Lynn’s commitment to support the event and the Help for Heroes charity! Lyn is the travel reporter on the Radio 2's Chris Evans Breakfast Show, The Ken Bruce Show and the Sarah Kennedy Show!

I've never heard of her, sorry. Radio 1 for me. It's cool that we have a celebrity starter tho.

I've met Lynn a few times on the Heritage run at Gaydon. She likes her Landrovers and can tell you most of the models if not all of them. All round nice person and always has time for a chat.

To be totally fair to Lynn she very modest about her 'celebrity' status. She hugely supports the H4H cause. We were really pleased she has accepted the flag waving challenge - and are delighted you've all given such positive comments.

For sure we'll get the odd plug on Radio 2.

By the way Tony, I think it was my chat with Lynn at Gaydon re my PajEvo that swung the day for the 19th June!!

Oh - and she's Welsh; thus, perfection.
