Recce for 'Day 1' of the H4H 4x4 Rally 2010

My dad and I have been out today since 9.30am doing the recce for 'Day 1' of the 2010 event We are happy to say that the route has now been done, may little the tiniest bit of tweaking nearer the time, but all is good! It was a loooong day for the both of us

We thought that we'd give you one of the clues now, so here goes:

i think there are many more long days to come,

having been involved with motorsports for a number of years I would like to offer my services for the recce's as long as I can bring my gps tracker with me lol

Funny enough, I'm doing that bit in the photo next Saturday on the way to Spain.

I'll put the arrows up ready for the Landy Drivers

That's what it says I haven't changed it to the correct spelling, honest!

Too much detail of the route there Tim (I'd forgotten we'd visited Plymouth or was it Folkstone - or perhaps Harwich); Pleased that the sextant worked well! What is GPS anyway Ha

We did get a little bit lost, so decided to turn around and start again - the picture shows where we ended up!

hey tim, maybe putting an L on your left hand, and an R on your right hand might help! we understand if you still find it difficult! landy drivers cant do this coz they only see Land Rover instead of left and right!lol
