Well.. we are thinking about it. We've got two internet dongles (3 & TMobile) plus we'll take advantage of any wireless zones we come across along the way.

Need to check what the costs are likely to be with the dongles though... taking lab tops Icon_eek

I'm taking mine for mapping and I have a few movies on it.

Tim's got the interpipe on his iphone so there's no real need for forking out on a dongle

Taking a Panasonic Toughbook with Mapping & GPS Dongle.

Also got a 3 Broadband dongle. I was thinking of contacting them and asking if they fancy donating free access for 2 weeks.

Taking netbook and gps for mapping.
Netbook will get on line with a Vodafone dongle or wireless hot spot.
Overseas data usage on dongles is expensive.
Also a couple 3G internet 'phones.

As with credit cards, worth letting you service provider know what you're doing for the 2 weeks, or they might put a bar on it if it's getting unusual usage.
