Help Needed

Right guys, just had a hotel in Dorchester offer me use of the conference room & car park for a fundraiser. Manager is open to ideas and really keen on H4H.

So this is a call for all you Hamps, Dorset & other local areas to suggest ideas. I'm also looking for people to get involved as though I'm down here alot with work, Dorchester is a bit out of my area.

Too far for me to help, but if you have a conference room an auction is always a good money spinner.

Signed Footballs, Donations from local businesses etc.

We did an auction one night for a local charity flogging basically car boot stuff that folks had donated and raised over £5K.

Conference room - race neet
After the races have a slide show of the event/cars off roading and why were doing it.

Car Park - spit roast.
warm doon sooth here so thats a common option locally.


I can get the local Mayors to attend (dates permitting)
