| Remember watching a film where a group of GI's decided to liberate a bank of it's nazi gold. Donald Sutherland played a tank driver playing cat & mouse with a german tank. I think(but could be wrong) also starred Telly Savalis. What was the name of the film but more importantly what tune/song did the tank driver play whilst driving around? | |

| Do you mean the tune he played over the loudspeakers on the tank or the Kellys Heroes Theme? (Burning Bridges by Mike Curb) | |

| OddBall looking through bino's at the bridge:
"It's still up!"
Plane flys in and bombs the bridge.
"No it ain't"
These engines are the fastest in any tanks in the European Theater of Operations, forwards or backwards. You see, man, we like to feel we can get out of trouble, quicker than we got into it. | |

| Don't normally watch tele. reading papers today, noticed Kellys Heroes was on channel 5 tonight. Only knew that was the film I referred to in my original post due to you guys. many thanks for giving me the info. sat and watched it and it was the same as I remembered, great. would have normally ignored it if it hadn't been for your responses. thanks | |
