| . Number Two son has fitted new front discs and pads and completly undersealed the Cherokee. Also powder coated the roof rack. Useful having a son with his own garage That's more jobs off the list. Spare wheel carrier next | |

| If you would like me to, I can try an arrange a 'Tech Day' one Saturday or Sunday, when we can get some vehicles down to the workshop and have full use of all the facilities for the day. He will probably also bring his guys in for the day to help us.
We did it earlier this year for RockznRutz. Lifted two Jeeps. Did a full fluid change on another and changed a couple of exhausts. His boys love it 'cos it makes a change from working on Black Cabs!!!
Underseal could probably be sorted out at cost.
Would have to be after the end of October now though. If enough of you want to do it post here and we'll see what can be sorted. Wold be nice to meet some of you guys (even if you do only take the p*ss)

| Was also thinking of doing something similar in the Northwest. I have a small workshop etc... that we ran an L200 club workshop weekend a while back - went down well and surprising how much work you can do between you in a few hours. | |

| I'll have a word with him tomorrow and see if we can set something up for the last weekend in November (28th-29th). I am out of the country from 15th to 30th October, so I won't have much of a chance before then.
If that date suits folks let me know, and how many want to come. Location will be Bethnal Green, London E2.

Mum & Sis are in then Spoke to Number two son earlier. He will only charge for the cost of the underseal. He's only a small business and is putting lots of effort and time into 'Team Wickes'. Use of all equipment is FOC. Is the end of November alright for you Harry? If the welding is urgent we might be able to get it done sooner

| Ordinery wire, 10amp from power to switch to relay. (this is just a trigger for the relay) 25/30amp from battery to relay to lights. Job done.
Thats it in layman terms.

I would go with Bill on the cable sizes but would veer towards the 30Amp for the supply to the lights. Don't forget that the negative has to be capable of carrying the same current. Halfrauds do a useful little kit for fitting spot/fog lights. Includes a fused relay, switch, connectors etc. Not too expensive either IIRC

| Cheers Steve I think I would also be interested in an underseal!! for 'Gerty'l! It also has just had a 'B' service but I would like to upgrade that to a 24,000 mile service if he can give me a price. (I have a copy of the MB service sheets, if that helps) I also have a prob fitting the bullbars as the bumpers have a slight touch on the nearside that needs pullin out a tad!! JJ | |

| OK Folks, Price for full underbody wash and underesl is £65 per vehicle all inc. You would need to make an appointment to get it done. If you want to do this PM me and I'll send you the contact number. John and Tim The offer still stands for a 'Tech Day' if folks want to get together and use the tools and facilities to do their own work. | |
