Team L200 fundraising

We're down on both events this year - this and the Mac - at the moment.

But, to add a note of positiveness, I gave a few of the corporate
sponsors I'd been in touch with before Christmas a nudge today, and
within an hour had another £500 - £600 promised (split between the 2
events, and I'm confident they're going to deliver), so be positive, and
keep on at them, especially if you've had no reply from some - they're
the ones to nudge - you never know, you might be surprised, as I was
this morning.

One or two that have pledged for the Mac have also said that I should
remind them again later in the year to cough up for the H4H - so a
double bonus in some cases.

All the businesses I've been in touch with are sub-contractors of the
company I sub to, so word of mouth and working relationship has counted
for a lot

One, a company based in India, have also said they want to do an event
to help raise funds and awareness, but to do something that involves
those they will be getting to donate. At the end of the event, the
company will equal the pot - that could be a tidy sum hopefully.
