| Hi all Paul (Dusty Miller) and Michelle (Mrs Dusty Miller) here, been meaning to register for ages but we have done it now! Have enjoyed reading the forum so far and really looking forward to next June. We will be embarking on the trip in our well loved "Tin Can", a rather old but hopefully reliable Landrover Discovery 300 Tdi. Engine was rebuilt last year, transplanted from our old Discovery to Tin Can, operation proving successful so far. Paul is Acting Chairman of the Cheshire Landrover Club, so well into this trip and happy to let you know that Tin Can has a winch. Paul has been practicising his winching skills at the recent Munster Landrover Club Three Peaks Challenge Event so he will be able to pull out all the L200's when they get stuck!!!!!!!!! Speak to you soon. | |

I took it last year as well... and I KNOW when you say full speed ahead... it doesn't necessarilly mean what it says!!! Just remember the old adage.... They can go fast.... we can go anywhere!!! | |
