| Just gthought I'd show you lot how hard I've been working on keeping things nice and neat and tidy in the back. I found a post by a Mud Club member who is preparing for an overland in Africa. I have borrowed his ideas and am really please. It uses Really Useful Boxes and takes a grand total of 432 litres of boxed storage with space for loads of other stuff. Anyway... here are the pics. | Bloody helllol: how much kit are you taking, I thought we where tootling over to Germany for a jolly couple of days not doing the Paris Dakar. Is everyone taking loads of kit, I was thinking minimilist, certainly far less than I take greenlaning (apart from the Tent). Is there going to be long stretches where we can't get juice, do we need Jerry cans etc. Do I need to bring splicing kits, tyre repair kits strops shackles ropes etc, Can't fit nowt int 90 anyway. | |

Fab stuff... B&Q budget carpet tiles... held down by EvoStik Impact spray glue & carpet tacks Noce and cheap. Thanks for the comments guys... happy to share the drawings, though not making any promises about accuracy... had to solve a few problems along the way. As for how much kit...? Well... 10 days worth of clean clothes for 2, spares, recovery, fluids etc, cooking kit, camping kit. It soon adds up. Skibum

Pete, I was going to have loads of room in my car for your spare kit, but Iain's reserved it for San Miguel. Very religious is our Iain, won't go anywhere without that venerable Spanish gent onboard.
