Team 44 - We've broken it!!!

Oops! We've broken our Just Giving target...


We've just hurtled past our £1,000 target and are steaming at 153% - £1528.72 (after merchandising).

We had a fairly good showing at Snibston Discovery Park on 15th May raising (after a tiny amount of merchandising) a reasonable £218.17 - mainly from thoroughly appreciative 'simple folk' who simply wanted to donate to the good cause.

We absolutely aced it, though, at Belvoir Steam Festival over the sweltering weekend of 22-23 May where, after deduction of almost £120 worth of merchandise, we raised £805.55 and €1 through donations! It was actually worth the standing in direct sunlight for 18 hours in dessies and shamagh.

What a rush! Roll on the event!
