| Should it say UK or EC in the top right corner of the display?
If it should say UK how do I go about changing it because mine is stuck on EC.
I've not managed to put it on a meter coz I haven't got one but I've got no RX signal at all and thought this maybe something to do with it.
Cheers techies

| Switch off the unit. Turn it on while pushing the “AM/FM” e “SCAN” buttons at the same time. Rotate the “CHANNEL” knob and select the desired frequency band (see the chart here below). To stop your selection, press the “AM/FM” button. This might help, its a link to their user guides: http://alan-uk.com/cb/downloads.shtml | |

| Thanks for that Tim
I'll give it a go in the morning. Looks like it should work perfectly well in both UK & EC.
Best I find someone with a meter

| I have a different radio to you, but mine only actually shows an RX signal either when there is an incoming signal or when you turn the Squelch down.
I spent a week or so worrying about much the same 'cos I couldn't get any sort of response on my radio after I fitted it, then found out that there are actually not that many people who use them now.
Got a radio check of over six miles as the crow flies the other day, so that'll do for me.
