The Organisers on the reconnaissance for the 2010 event!

Well the time is nearly upon us!

My Dad & I are off on Monday (5th April) to do the reconnaissance for this year's H4H 4x4 Rally - we're leaving mum at home (hopefully I may have a tidy house when I get back, I've given her many hints - haha)


FAO: David Race - We're looking forward to getting the ferry from Portsmouth - Santander, we think that's the right one!

No Disco 4 - it's a 3. The 4 was delivered to L/R yesterday. It's just out of the box - so we'll stick with the 3 and swap when we get back.

I have had to agree with Tim & Keith, no undue banter about them whilst they are away, or, I will simply have to remove the posts, and report you to them on their return.

Please note, the agreement was only about undue, so any due banter, then bring it on

Well we're on the ferry, bags in the cabin and just arrived at the bar

I am tracking them, and either, they haven't left the first bar out of the port on arrival, or the landrover is broken down

My tracking device (planted at the 4x4 show) uses a slightly different method, it also logs the engine ECU

My co-driver will be fine - he'll still be awake, clutching a bottle of Bombay Sapphire and muttering dark things about rally organisers.
