| yeah i did like being part of the 2.5 NA club but a 3ton truck and the weight is getting bigger the 2.5 just cant seen to keep up pulling itself up hils and through rivers ( which i seem to do a lot of were i live but the 200tdi would be good and also better on the pocket as fuel is concerned as i use it as an every day truck for work | |

| well today was a busy day.. getting the new engine sorted and the new gear box pulled apart and re built all lubed and oiled up ready to be droped in tomorrow.. the gear stick and the high/low box are the oppasite way around on a Disco LT77 so a bit of modification to the bell housing will sort that out. hopfuly tomorrow the gear box will be in and the engine after being pulled apart and re sealed/lubed and oiled then steam cleaned will start to go in absoulutly nackerd now so sat with a beer | |

| well saturday went well the old gear box and engine was completely stripped out and the new disco LT77 whent in.... but the gear box is longer so that resulted in the gear sticks being further bacj so i had to cut into the middle box were the middle seat sits.. but that ok, it makes for a better driving possition and i was going to make a custom cubby box anyway.... all in all thi car is going to be one hell of a car with this engine. therebeen a lot of of custom fab parts as the guys iv been building it with have done quite a few of these so all the bits that Land Rovers fall down on we have made stronger and better.. ill try and post pictures tomorrow night.. | |

I had it sitting under the table just in case unfortunatly i have to completely fabracate a custom one whish is anoying but at the same time very fun... i think its going to be a one of a kind job with all the heavy duty fabracating going on... the fella helping me used to prep rally cars and off road landrovers so everything that landrover did wrong is now cut of and made better.. i was unable to take photos myself but a mate has done for me so i will need to get them off him.. | |

| DONE !!!!! well sort of it got to 10:30 last night and we called it quits all that is needed is the bonnet to go back on and the bumper, bullbar. and a little tinkering inside were the tunnel is diffrent the engine looks and sounds great in my 110 and the new gear stick we made is a lot better to use than the old style one. when you look in the bonnet its just filled with engine instead of a tiny 2.5NA again im trying to get the photos off my mate. so hopfuly in the next couple of days when i have a chance to leave work on time i can finish her up.. she has a nice roar to her now | |

| snow follow the exhaust manifold up towards the LR logo and its right next to the power stearing fluid tub thats ziped tied to the side to hold it in place whilst its on the crane. oli im going to be selling this engine as a whole unit as its a really good one and it will help pay towards my new one.. it was my gear box that was letting the side down that felt like it was sturing soup not finding gears and the fact my car weighs over 3 ton i gave it its maiden voyage last night and... BYE EK IT GOES LIKE SHIT OF A SHOVEL and that turbo whistle hmmmm hmmm !! iv gone fron a 55/65 horse power to a 120horse with the custom exhaust and now this weekend the engine is geting tuned so more vrooom vrooom | |
