PostSubject: That's a relief   That's a relief EmptyWed Aug 12, 2009 10:46 pm

Looks like a may have some temp work starting soon doing some fetch & carry work at my local hospital.

Means I can afford to get some more of the small jobs done to my motor soon rather than later.

Whoopee!!

Eblag's good for rims, tyres ect...

I don't have a lockable cubby (on my long term list with winch and stuff) but I don't think I'll be too far from the motor to need one on the trip.

If I have anything that expensive in it I'll put it in my day sack & bring it with me.

If you're gonna get a new CB try our rally partner, see if he can help - 4x4CB.com (see link below)

hi shane im not sure yet somthing with an 80/85 wall to it and a bit wider than usual to go on a 16'' rim.

adrian i know what you mean fella but my overall plan with my landy is to turn it into a expedition landy so i have just taken the seats out the back and going to weld a custom dog like gard in behind the second row of seats. and level the floor so i can put a storage draw underneith and a few boxes for gear in the back, then put some window grills in.

AFAIK 285 are the biggest you can go
I've got 267/75/16 on mine on HD springs so it's lifted by 45mm.

I think rebel do all the window grills
