Been doing some checking on this and the terms of the licence have been proven.

The total and complete ownwership of the licence belongs to those taking part in the Rally, i.e. The Rally Entrants, not the Organisers.

Sorry to report that it would have been impossible to check on the details furnished in the earlier email - they were false.

Further sorry to report that ownership of the licence is solely attributed to the rally organisers.

Further sorry to report, I wasn't born yesterday.

Glad to report the integrity of SECM 1 TU is already wholly shattered - with members leaving in their droves

Sandy - The few remaining SECM 1 TU 'members' are in tatters and for sure lack any leadership already as evidenced.

The rally uprising is quelled. Panic = Have to go even further underground

A particular lack of direction is a noted of which there is historical fact; proof = Cars 15, 16 and 28 on last year's rally. A triumvirate of chaotic fun.

REGROUP!!!!!! must make plans for counterattack

Regroup underground.

That way, they won't see us coming next time, 'till we pop up somewhere their not expecting.

(Oh ............. just like a normal rally day then ..... ).
