Hi All,

We are another Land Rover based team .... cue flak from lesser vehicles

I'm Matt and am the Doctor that both Tim and Keith have mentioned in earlier posts. I am actually an Accident and Emergency Doctor working for the NHS, but in the Territorial Army in my spare time I have served a tour in Camp Bastion and will be returning again towards the end of next year!

My Co-Driver/Navigator/Photographer is my wife Edie who to comply with the cliche is a Nurse

You could say I'm a bit of a Land Rover fan having had several of varying sorts:-

During my time in the TA I have spent alot of time in one of these:-



In fact during a recent offroad driver training weekend for the Medical Squadron I'm the current commander of, our PSI (permanant staff instructor) said to me 'A BFA won't get round that' . Now theres a challange........yes I did get round but




Anyway bye for now time to do some work!!!

Hi, good pics, it sure rains over there! as i found out once trying to paint a outside.

Glad you're on board Matt; let's hope we use just your driving skills and not your professional skils.

But for sure it's a great comfort to know you'll be with us (I speak here for all the entrants, and the supporting team)

Current state of the truck:- took alittle thinking to attach decal designed for a silver D3 to a dark green D2





What do you think so far?

Rear door space free for sponsor decals from 'Boundtree Medical' from whom I have secured a fully kitted 'Doctor on scene' grab bag which we will pick up from their UK HQ on the 17th on the way down south.
