Nearly had to pull out

Last week, a good mate, Nick the Nurse, who was a founder member with me in the pocuk.com club, passed away, and I thought only fitting that I should be at the funeral, but his family, said I must carry on, this is what he would have wanted, but even worse, and it will end in divorce, is, our cat died last night, and the wife said if I go on the rally, she will leave me, so, see you all Saturday for sure guys.

Richie - That is hugely sad news. I recall Nick the Nurse in contact with me the day after we launched the H4H rally in June last year. He was the first to congratulate us on the concept and, I know, was a major advocate of the H4H cause. He also wanted to help out in the development of the project - but health, I know, intervened.

I'm more than certain his widow is correct on insisting you miss the funeral and carry on and join us throughout this rally; for sure it is what Nick would have wanted you to do.
