| Well I'm guessing, either a helicopter or fixed wing, puma merlin chinook or a Hercules, being nearest to your area | |

| Chinook is my guess! Tell me I'm right Tony and you get 50 bonus points. Tell me I'm wrong and I'll think of something | |

| I'm going to stick with the rest that he/she is on an aircraft.
My educated guess is going to be way off I think, but this is how I've come to it (please can I have two guesses).
I don't think it's rotary, as the crew wouldn't wear headsets, they would have a full helmet with visor (built in intercom), and it isn't a C130, again the crew would wear proper headsets.
The 2nd pic looks to be a bench/worktop so I reckon it would be either a VC-10 or much less likely an E3-D.

| This is like a typical road-side recovery by the AA (so I'm told as I drive a Mitsu!) 'It might be this sir, it might be that sir, I'm think I'm getting close sir. Actually, sir I don't know - can you call the RAC.' | |

'It might be this sir, it might be that sir, I'm think I'm getting close sir. Actually, sir I don't know - can you call the RAC.' How dare you use that name on here. Bear would still be at your house waiting if it was a orange van.
