| juls decided to go horse riding in the new forest on saturday and ended up in hospital via air ambulance shes at salisbury hospital and been in surgery twice for a dislocated elbow but the elbow joint pierced through her upper arm shes in a bit of pain but should be out of hospital on friday but we have decided to stay in the new forest till she gets the bits removed from her arm (we will be at abingdon next week) heres a pic of her bionic arm i would like to thank the paramedics and air ambulance crew and the staff at salisbury general hospital for looking after her | |

| Wish her well for us Mate! I now know why I've never liked horses. I've never quite understood how something stuffed with hay can be so bloody hard!!!!!

| Blimey Hoppie - Sincerely hope Juls recovers well; and send our best wishes.
Great to see your positive comments re the Air Ambulance, Paramedics & the Hospital. We often moan re the NHS - but when we really need it it's there (although I suspect the Air Ambulance might be supported by charity donations). | |

| bloody hell hoppie!!!!!
ive been riding (horses) since I was 5!! fallen off ended up in hospital a number of times!! normally just concusion/ suspected brokeness!! one kick in the face!!!
but in my 17/18 years of riding ive never had an accident that bad!!! very unlucky!!!!
hope its simple fix and that juls gets better soon!!!!

| Hoppie & Juls I can't believe I missed this post and have only just read it!!! Hopefully Juls you are now on the road to recovery. I now run a small NHS approved CAM practice http://ki-therapy.com I deal with a lot of sports related injuries, so if I can help please ask....Come down to Kent and have a free treatment! JJ | |

| cheers mate shes not doing to bad all the pins are out and shes not using a sling much now she starts the exercises this week to straighten her arm as she can only do this about 75% then in the next few weeks she starts on the hydro pool to stop her shoulder freezing up . good news tho shes back driving lucky shes got a auto | |
