5 weeks, heading off for day out around Bastogne, the Battle of the Bulge, Foy etc...
6 weeks, packing up to leave Bullay and head for the ferry home.

By then, no further alarm will be possible, we'll all be so relaxed, it won't phase us

Three weeks ............. 1st evening in Berchtesgaden.

One week ...
BBQ in Arromanches and the first In Theatre meeting of SECM 1 TU   
Two weeks ...
A glass or two of Port at the campsite in Calw-Altburg in the Black Forest (maybe) and a SECM 1 TU meeting is planned. (Others maybe called at impromptu moments before this).

Perhaps we should plan for an initial covert meeting whilst at sea, inbound for Normandy. Suggest we avoid detection by meeting in the bar. The organisors will never think or suspect us meeting there.

You've got to keep those pesky organisers and marshals on their toes - bar? drinking? they'll never make that connection!  

The bar is already booked for the 'officials'. May I suggest your covert meet takes place in Nick's cabin; there's plenty of room for two   

Bar infiltration and occupation will take place either just before, or as the "official" arrive.
Covert monitoring in place.

One week ..... will be sat in a restraunt in Ypres, reflecting on the Menin Gate ceremony and enjoying a Duval or two ....

Two weeks ..... settling into the comforts of the hotel/bar/restraunt at the end of the Rally, not far from Berchtesgaden.

it really is scary to think in 2 weeks it will all be coming to an end!
