| We are delighted and honoured to announce that our application, as the Help for Heroes 4x4 European Rally, for partnership with the First World War Centenary Project, led by the Imperial War Museum, has been accepted. Whilst the rally focuses on WW2 it also covers the WW1 Western Front of The Somme and Ypres as well as the Maginot Line in the Alsace Region. Our application was based on the educational aspects that the rally provides, including the participation of the 'rally children' - who of course lay a wreath of Remembrance at the Menin Gate. http://www.1914.org/about/ | |
