Easter 2014; Reunion - Help for Heroes 4x4 European Rally

We’re pleased to announce that Easter 2014 will see an official reunion of the Help for Heroes 4x4 European Rally. Whether you were an entrant in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 or an entrant of the 2014 events you are invited to attend.

The plan:
- Friday 18th April: Arrival, explore local village general chit chat, then

- Saturday 19th April - 2 options:
Option 1: Off-Road Training (further details TBA)
Option 2: Green lane routes explored in small groups. Leaders will be appointed. A ‘bring your own’ communally cooked group BBQ will follow in the evening.

- Sunday 20th April: Options for more lanes and/or travel home.

- Monday 21st April: Optional lanes for those who choose to stay over on Sunday night.

Can any of the H4H Rally Teams that are coming to the reunion at Easter and want food, camping etc... etc... and HAVE NOT already emailed Liz Barker and my Lyn please do so urgently as per the emails sent out by Keith Bowen. Later this weekend, the LAST email reminder will be going out with a cut off date for booking food. If you haven't booked, you will have to bring, and cook, your own !!!!!!!!

LAST DAY FOR BOOKING FOOD ORDERS IS SATURDAY 12th APRIL.

We already have around 80 heads booked for food for most of the weekend. But we do not want to run out of food because more turn up than have booked. For food - please email Lyn (or me) soonest.

We now have around 100 heads booked for food for the Friday and Saturday nights. Going to be a good one.

Don't forget, if you haven't already booked in for laning or food, please do so by the end of today.

Many thanks again to Nick/Lyn and Rob/Liz for all their time & effort in putting the w/e together. 100+ is amazing - the rally family continues to grow!   

Field kitchen stripped and cleaned, burners checked and gas bought and loaded.
Kit trailer emptied of 4x4 gear and ready to load mess tent, gass bottles, fridges, freezer etc... etc...

Indeed an ace w/e all round. A huge and many thanks to the efforts of Rob/Liz for all the coordination and the lane prep as well as Nick/Lyn on the catering front.   

Great to meet so many of the 'newbies' taking part in the 2014 event. With well over 100 attending the Reunion the 'rally family' seems to just keep on growing.
