| Stuff you had with you on the rally.
Here is a starter from the Z5 car.
What worked
Iphone/Ipad - Tom Tom Western Europe - ViewRanger Ram mounts to hold them securely Really Useful Boxes Coleman Classic Awning JetBoil 1L Flask 2in1 Coffee sachets Insulated mugs Boil in the bag rations for those 'cant be arsed but need to eat' moments. Victorinox penknife A tent we could stand up in An admin box on the back seat for 'ready use' items A chewing gum pot for toll money
What didn't work
An inflatable ready bed for Isabel, not punctured but it did deflate EVERY night
What did you want more of?
Pots of just add water porridge

| Loads of stuff in the kit section of the van that didnt get used. That will be staying at home next year.
Things we saw that we didnt have but will be getting: Coleman awning like yours Pot noodles
Otherwise all pretty good really
Best buy of the trip was the jetboil. Should have got one years ago

| Agree with the jetboil on order now. A tent you can stand up in is a must! | |

| This year it all worked well, after the firat 3 years we've got it mostly sussed now.
Netbook with Autoroute always works well, with lots of road detail and POIs. Garmin Satnav - spot on. Really Useful Storage boxes - trialed last year, used to max advantage this Porridge pots & boil in the bag meals Trangia with gas adaptor - will give a jetboil a run for it's money and comes with a selection of pans and a kettle Cadac Safari BBQ - cooks for 2 to 8 easily when combined with the Trangia and another stove Roof tent - so much easier than a ground tent when it comes to set up and break down - even on days you don't need to pack tent away, it's done in 5 mins. Side awning - for those raining quick stops and extra cover on camp in the evenings - would have been as good as a sun shade - if we'd had any. Inveter - 1000w - even though it did fry itself and we had to borrow one!!! Fridge - a decent fridge is a must - just need to get better temp control to stop it freezing everything!! Split charge - to stop the flat starting battery problem Wine rack - for the port bottles Probably other stuff I've forgotten.

Always found a Double Diamond label looked more convincing from a distance
