| Just had these put on at apb Falkirk who kindly supplied them and then had a photo shoot with the Falkirk Herald   Web address, donation link and text donation graphics go on at the end of the week Big fund raising weekend coming up as well this weekend, things are starting to pick up | |

Still chugging along at the moment, gets to 60 and compleatly runs out of puff. Hill I used to quite happily climb at 65 now is a slow meander of 45 is  New turbo should be with me next week, but need to chase it up | |
