I saw someone on the rally last year with a jetboil cooker,
Wondering where they got it from and if they managed to swing a deal on it at all?
Looked awesome and just what i need for the disco!
If anyone has any idea who it was please let me know :-)

D After reading all the reviews on the various Jetboil models, we bought the Jetboil Flash and it has been brilliant.

After reading all the reviews on the various Jetboil models, we bought the Jetboil Flash and it has been brilliant. We use it when we fundraise so it has been tried and tested and works perfectly. Allan made a bracket for it to fit inside the rear door of the Defender and so it is always to hand to make a brew - very important!! It cost £65 with free p&p from eBay but sometimes you can get one for around £60 - they are well worth the money.
I've got the jetboil flash, and as you say it is fantastic! i used it every day 3 times a day on the rally on the same little gas can! I saw somone with the cooker version, had like a sauspan rather than the cup, had never seen it before, nor can i seem to source one, it was pukka, and so quick to boil, and it fitted boil in the bag stuff perfectly! i remember being parked next to/near to them at pegasus, will look through my photos!! Haha! too many faces in too short of time! Cheers for reply | |

| We use a Trangia with the gas conversion, boils a kettle big enough for 2 mugs of brew as quickly as a Jet boil but has the advantage of having 2 sauce pans and a frying pan as part of the kit. You can also use the meths burner as a backup if no gas available. | |

| You can also use the meths when you run out of wine, beer, port The Jetboil is an excellent bit of kit - we used them quite a bit on the 2011 recce and rally and will do so again this year. | |
