I don't usually watch the "I'm a Celebrity in the Jungle Strictly on Ice" type programme, but this time round I have been watching "Dancing on Ice"

The reason for this change in viewing habits?

The amazing Johnson Beharry VC. If you consider the wounds and injuries that this guy suffered, you cannot help but respect and admire the sheer guts and determination that he is showing in taking part in this competition.

When you see someone like him, you understand why our troops are the best in the world and worth every single penny that we can raise for them.
