Hi all,

When i get a check from corporate sponsor made out to H4H rally do i add this to my BMy charity amount under the off line amount? I have also got several sponsors from the sponsor forms do i do the same with this?

You are right; show the donation(s) as off-line donations on your Bmycharity a/c

If the chqs are payable to the H4H rally; they can be sent to us; we will then contra entry from the rally a/c online to your Bmychrity a/c

Thanks Keith. I am also using sponsor forms, the old fashioned way, Obviously most will pay on completeion of the rally. So in order to keep my tally updated should i do this as off line donations? and once all monies are collected is it best to sent to H4H European rally or direct to H4H?

That's fine Ross; to show the 'paper' promises as off-line donations as your tally increases.

Once collected (finalised), send the money to H4H direct - per the above form. We will 'sight' (validate) the sponsorship forms at signing on but will return them to all the entrants as we know not all the monies will have been collected by the start of the rally.

I recall we were circa £105k at the start in 2010 and finished with the overall £121k; so quite a few pennies came in during/after the rally.
